Toshifumi Miyake (三宅 敏文)

CEO / Managing Consultant

大学卒業後、大手物流会社に入社後一年間構内物流を経験。その後東京で、大手外資系人材紹介企業に勤務し始め、ヘッドハンティングの基礎を学ぶ。10年以上の経験からジュニア～ミドルクラスの案件はもちろんの事、数多くのエクゼクティブサーチを成約させてきた経験があり、特にスタートアップ企業・自動車・エネルギー・物流・建設とコネクションが豊富である。

Tim was born in the US, and grew up in Yokosuka, Japan. Immediately after graduating from university, he started his career at the largest logistic company in Japan. After he left there, he joined a major foreign-affiliated recruitment agency in Tokyo and learned the basics of headhunting.

With more than 10 years of experience, he has expertise in accomplishing many executive searches as well as junior to middle level searches, and has various connections with automotive, energy, logistics and construction.

Tatsuya Yamada (山田 竜也）

Co-Founder / Chief Sourcing Manager

大手化学メーカーで物流管理を経験後、その後渡米し現地の人材紹介会社で3年間勤務。
帰国後2018年3月に、Two Wings PartnersをCEOと共に立ち上げ、現在は候補者のソーシングに従事。
専門分野は、物流・営業・技術・オフィスサポート関連。ジュニアからエクゼクティブレベルまで幅広くご対応している。

After experiencing logistics management at a major chemical manufacturer, Tatsushi moved to the United States and worked for a local recruitment agency for 3 years. After returning to Japan, he launched Two Wings Partners with the CEO in March 2018, and is currently engaged in sourcing candidates. 
Specialized fields are logistics, sales, technology, and office support. He supports a wide range positions from junior to executive level.
